Open heatkaraoke.com in Google Chrome

Open heatkaraoke.com in Safari (not Chrome — this only works in Safari on iPhone)

Scroll down in the share menu and tap "Add to Home Screen"
The name will auto-fill as "Heat Karaoke" — tap Add
The Heat Karaoke icon will appear on your home screen — tap it to open the app!
